Just like everywhere, some things may be hit and miss when it comes to sizing or faulty items but its how its handled that counts!
Recieved an item that was unfortunatley faulty, all within a few hours, a lovely customer service agent - Kay - had rectified the issue. Super helpful, quick and easy.
