Regularly order from PLT

Regularly order from PLT - can’t fault them.
Just like everywhere, some things may be hit and miss when it comes to sizing or faulty items but its how its handled that counts!

Recieved an item that was unfortunatley faulty, all within a few hours, a lovely customer service agent - Kay - had rectified the issue. Super helpful, quick and easy.

Excellent customer service!

Excellent customer service!! Struggled to find my order number (possibly accidentally deleted my email) and I needed to return an item. Got in touch with PLT to see if they could help. Jennelyn C emailed back within 48 hours (after a bank holiday) and sorted the issue. Really impressed so the the prompt, helpful service.

Fantastic Customer Service

I never expect much in terms on customer service from big brands but I am absolutely amazed by the service Therese provided to me today. I emailed late on Monday evening asking for some support with my refund and Therese had sorted it all out for me two hours before I had even woken up. Incredible turn around. I am so very happy with the service Therese has provided for me today- thank you so much you are a serious credit to your team.

Best shop

I order every month once or twice and never been disappointed! Had trouble with 2 items out of 50 and been refunded straight away! Very good customer service and good quality… cnt wait for winter Collection 😂

dirty clothes delivered

I shop from PLT now and then and most of the time I am satisfied with the quality of clothing and like the ranges they have.
However I have just opened my parcel to find stains and dirt marks !! It was in clear packing, looked brand new but clearly this is an item that’s been returned by another customer and then shipped off to me without it being looked at our cleaned again.

Pretty gross tbh, I’ll have to clean it myself before wearing but really shouldn’t have to. This is unhygienic.

Great customer service

I ordered a pair of boots that were my size however after wearing them 4 times they tragically injured my feet. I spoke to a colleague called Ryan M who helped me solve the issue and gave great customer support.

Missing Package- Thank you Lance!

My package never arrived and I was concerned with how the process would go for replacing it. Lance was fast, direct, helpful, and handled my situation perfectly. I am grateful for his help and my problem resolved.

I had an issue with the delivery of my parcel , I emailed customer service and they were fantastic , they replied very fast , they dealt with my case quickly and efficiently . I love plt and shop online all the time I’ve never had any issue and when I have it’s quickly resolved 10/10

Delivery didn’t show

I made an order with PLT, the package was meant to be delivered on the Saturday. Didn’t show up or any card from post office (which on website said delivered to neighbour) got in contact with PLT. They check with post office etc. They help a lot to get this package to me.

Problem fixed

I’ve received my order really fast before estimated time. The problem was that I received an item a little bit ripped and other item with the wrong color. When I used the live chat Jonathan was very helpful and could fix everything. They will refund me the amount of the ripped dress and will return the other item.

Recently I’ve ordered sport leggings

Awful, absolutely awful

I wrote a previous review regarding my issue and the reply was please get in touch. I have tried via email and Facebook. Both have been ignored. This company is not worth the bother, and I will not be using again, or recommending them. Worst customer service I've ever come across.

I ordered a top that totaled up to $16…

I ordered a top that totaled up to $16 including the shipping. When I received it I realized the bust portion sizing was way too small for the top. I was about to arrange a refund when I saw that they do not refund shipping in the USA AND they deduct $4 for the return of the item. So out of my $16 spent I'd only receive around $4 back, what a joke of a return policy.

My teenagers love PLT clothes and…

My teenagers love PLT clothes and orders arrive really quickly and returns are easy. I recently returned 2 parcels together but one got separated. I wrote to PLT and Sabina helped look into for me and refunded the money for missing shoes I had returned.

Sorted my problem quickly

I got a very fast response and resolution to my query. My return tracking had never updated beyond the first stage. I waited the required time Evri states, then asked PLT to open an investigation. I was concerned as to how this would affect my refund. Within 48 hrs I had a response AND a refund. Thanks to Imogen who actioned my refund so quickly. Things go wrong with every company, some companies never fix it and never reply! But a good company resolves quickly with good communication. PLT have got this right.

Perfect return process

After receiving a damaged product and letting the company know, I received a very quick response (over a weekend) and another order with a replacement product, free of charge. Very happy with the fast and friendly customer service! The initial order also arrived much faster than anticipated.
