Erlinda was rapid

Erlinda was rapid! Responded practically straight away once I had registered my issue and resolved it straight away. Within 24 hours a new item was dispatched to me. The most stress free process I have experienced! So very grateful.

Do not purchase PLT Royalty (Next Day…

Do not purchase PLT Royalty (Next Day Delivery for a year). On two separate occasions I have used this and my items never arrive the next day. Such a waste of money. Ordered on Friday afternoon and items not arriving until Tuesday. Why pay for a premium service if you cannot utilise that service? Very unhappy.

Great customer service

I had a return that never made it to PLT for some reason, after 3 weeks I emailed and asked why my refund hadn’t been processed. I provided proof of return receipt, Lance and Rassel were brilliant and they processed my refund straight away and apologised. Couldn’t ask for better customer service.

Ricardo from customer services was…

Ricardo from customer services was amazing. I sent a message with the details of a refund that was not right and he sorted it ASAP with no issues.
I was so worried I would have to send numerous emails and battle out the refund so this was such a relief.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company! I ordered from this website and made a return, only one of the two items were refunded (of course this was the cheapest one too). This is the second time this company has done this and the last time it took forever to chase because customer services were so incompetent! I’ve not even bothered to chase it this time because it was so difficult the last time. Lesson learnt though, that’s the last order I’ll ever make from them and spend my money with companies that I’ve used for years and had no issues with at all (boohoo, asos and nasty gal)

Exceptional customer service always…

Exceptional customer service always received if there's any issues with items, delivery etc. Just today I received prompt and great customer service from Caitlin C. She was quick to resolve my issue and kind with her gesture of goodwill. I am a longstanding customer and enjoy Pretty Little Thing for their choice, style, cost and service. Many thanks

I always order off of PLT

I always order off of PLT, I always imagine I’m skinner than I am and have to send off returns, I had an issue where I sent something back but it wasn’t refunded and Rassel from customer service responded soo quickly and sorted for me without any hassle at all. Amazing customer service from Rassel

Ordered a duvet cover next day delivery…

Ordered a duvet cover next day delivery - it arrived super quick however was not the duvet cover I chose. I spoke to Raffel on customer support and was able to get the issue resolved quickly. Thankyou!

Customer service

I want to thank the team, I had a defective item that caused a pull when trying on. Contacted PLT with evidence and they sent out a replacement straight away which is brilliant customer service so thank you!

Needed a refund and got it way quicker than expected with no issues whatsoever. Big thanks to Laura for her kindness and quick and thorough responses. Sad I couldn't get my order (not the company's fault), but wonderful service <3

After returning 3 orders in 1 parcel to…

After returning 3 orders in 1 parcel to PLT only 1 order was picked up leaving me with 2 orders I had returned that I wasn’t going to be refunded. After initially messaging PLT I got nowhere and went to my post office for more evidence. The initial advisor told me I had to raise it with the carrier. After stressing me out and going back and fourth I spoke to Caitlin C who was a gem and took all info and was able to provide be with a refund. Wish I’d dealt with her first hand to save all the stress. Thanks again Caitlin C 😀

Very fast resolution

Had a faulty item after one wear so contacted PLT via the chat at 10pm and within two messages a replacement item was being sent out to me. Rexon gave great, efficient customer service!

DO NOT ORDER FROM PLT

DO NOT ORDER FROM PLT.

I received a pair of trousers yesterday which were faulty and I made the team aware as soon a I opened my package and I saw the tiny little holes, mind you this is not my first time receiving faulty items. Checks are not done before items are shipped, I’ve received numerous faulty items from PLT their lack of quality SUCKS, items are so badly done that the customer is to blame for their crap! DONT BUY FROM PLT! Mind you the customer service for customers is also appalling!

Really impressed with the customer service provided by Angelo
Despite being over the days you would usually be able to get a refund or exchange I was quickly responded to and a replacement pair of shoes processed to be delivered next day. Thanks so much!!

Customer service not helping with my refund

I've sent an item back and have the proof of postage. I've contacted fb customer service but they said they can't find it and to raise with the post office. Post office said plt will need to raise the claim.
All I want it my refund and customer service is shocking.
I've now received the same automated response from the "customer service" saying they haven't received the return despite me sending the proof of postage and the confirmation from post office that the parcel was received.
I will be speaking to citizens advice. Worst customer service I've ever received.

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service. This is the second time I’ve had a dress that’s broken (I order all the time so 2 dresses out of hundreds is nothing!), and I’ve had the dresses refunded immediately with no question. Thank you Laiza for your help.
